Over the decades, the bakery has evolved, introducing new products and adapting to changing tastes while always maintaining the traditions that make our offerings special. In September 2025, Tailem Bend Bakery entered an exciting new chapter under the ownership of The Swan Group, led by Craig and Kerry Swan. With their support and expertise, we are able to continue our bakery’s proud tradition while enhancing operations to better serve our community.
